Check-in was smooth and staff were friendly. Good water pressure in the shower and a towel warmer. Rooms are spacious with a comfortable bed. Tea/coffee, kettle, small fridge with milk, and a can of beer provided. Convenient location for the city center and attractions.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was really close to the city centre, making it easy for me to walk to the shops and explore this vibrant city. The breakfast was first class and the staff, especially Jess and Natalie, were great. The room was cosy and very comfortable, with a good-sized bed and a quiet atmosphere despite its proximity to the nearby motorway. The view from my room towards the south of the city was fine.

This hotel is really close to the city centre, which made it very convenient for us to explore the town. The staff were amazing - they couldn't do enough for us and made sure our stay was enjoyable and comfortable. The food was absolutely amazing, especially the breakfast. The chef cooked fresh to order, which was great for my wife who has dietary restrictions. The room was adequate and the hotel amenities like room service and housekeeping were top-notch. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches like the welcome drink and turndown service.
